Onboarding users

Onboarding users involves using the Aikyam Identity Console to onboard them quickly and securely across OHID portals. The console provides a centralized interface for user provisioning, role assignment, and identity verification.

When onboarding new users, administrators or business advocates can invite individuals or import users in bulk. Roles are automatically assigned during signup to ensure appropriate access. Identity verification is built into the process, including email and phone checks, and supports account recovery workflows. Administrators can also manage password resets and enforce security policies such as MFA and COPPA compliance. The onboarding experience is designed to reduce manual effort and accelerate workflows.

Smart templates and default configurations simplify setup, while audit logging ensures compliance and traceability. By using the Admin Console, teams can maintain governance, streamline access control, and deliver a consistent identity experience across all applications.
