How to access the HSID Identity Console?

Aikyam Identity Console Administrators and application advocates can access the HSID Identity Console using an MSID account only.
To access the Identity Console using an MSID account, administrators must submit a request through the Secure portal. For more details, refer to the guidelines here.
Note: Access is currently being enabled and may not be immediately available.
Once access is granted, AIC administrators and application advocates can sign in to the Aikyam Identity Console using their assigned credentials.
Prerequisites
  • You must have a valid MSID account.
  • You have been assigned one of the following roles:
    • Admin Roles: Super admin, org admin, app admin, or user admin
    • Business Roles: Application owner or group owner
Steps
  1. Open the HSID Identity Console.
  2. On the Sign In page, enter your username or email address and then, select Continue.
  3. You will be challenged with passkey prompt, which can be your biometric data or device key.
  4. You will be redirected to the identity console landing page.
