How to Access the OHID Identity Console?

Administrators: AIC Administrators can access the Aikyam Identity Console using either their MSID account or an OHID account.
Note: To access the OHID Identity Console using an MSID account, administrators must submit a request through the Secure portal . For more details, refer to the guidelines here.
Application advocates: Application advocates can sign in using their valid OHID account.
Once access is granted, AIC administrators and application advocates can sign in to the Aikyam Identity Console using their assigned credentials (MSID or OHID).
Prerequisites
  • You must have a valid OHID account.
  • You have been assigned one of the following roles:
    • Admin Roles: Org admin or app admin
    • Business Roles: Application owner or group owner
Steps
  1. Open the OHID Identity Console.
  2. On the Sign In page, enter your username or email address and then, select Continue.
  3. You will be challenged with passkey prompt, which can be your biometric data or device key.
  4. You will be redirected to the identity console landing page.
