Aikyam serves two core personas—providers and members—to make secure access simple and fast across healthcare portals.

Providers: Clinical and operational users (physicians, care teams, customer advocates, partners) who sign in to B2B portals to work. They need least‑privilege access mapped to roles and groups, standards‑based SSO/MFA, and auditable changes through Admin 2.0

Members: Consumers/patients using B2C portals to manage benefits and personal health tasks. They need friction‑reduced onboarding (guest/matched/hybrid), passkeys or OTP for login, and secure account recovery backed by fraud checks.

Aikyam simplifies provider access with secure, standards-based identity management:

• Onboarding & Access Provisioning Quickly register applications, define roles, assign users to groups, and grant access through the Aikyam Identity Console. Every change is logged for compliance.
• Federated Sign-In Enable single sign-on using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SAML, backed by adaptive MFA and risk-based signals for added security.

• Hybrid Registration Start as a guest when IDs aren’t available and upgrade to full member status later—keeping users engaged while strengthening identity confidence.
