Access to role management features within the Aikyam Identity Console (AIC) is determined by the user's persona and their association with specific applications.
| Role | Can view & manage roles for applications |
|---|---|
| Application owner | Only applications they own |
| Group owner | Only applications containing groups they own |
| Support operations Tier 1 | No access |
| Support operations Tier 2 | All applications |
Note:
- The application dropdown in the Roles and Groups tabs is dynamically filtered based on the logged-in user's access.
- Support operations Tier 2 have full visibility and can assign or revoke roles across all applications.
- Application owner and Group owner can only manage roles within their own applications and groups.
This ensures that role visibility and management are scoped appropriately to maintain security and operational boundaries.
