The user lifecycle defines the complete identity journey within the Aikyam Identity Console (AIC) , from initial registration to final offboarding. Each stage is governed by role-based access controls, workflows and compliance policies. Lifecycle planning ensures secure transitions as users join, move within, or exit the organization.
Key phases :
- Provisioning – Onboard users and create identities.
- Authentication – Secure access through credentials and MFA.
- Authorization– Assign roles and permissions.
- Self-service– Enable users to manage their own profiles.
- Governance– Review and control access.
- Deprovisioning – Remove access when no longer needed.
