Search for users using basic or advanced filters to quickly locate the right user in the Aikyam Identity Console. This feature helps administrators and support teams efficiently manage user profiles and perform identity-related tasks.
Basic search
- Use a single identifier such as Email, Username, UUID, TMX ID, or Phone Number.
Advanced search
- Apply multiple filters for precise results.
- Supported fields include First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Date of Birth, and Address (requires complete details: Address, City, State, Zip).
Verification indicators
- Search results display verification status for email and phone.
- Green checkmark indicates Verified and Red icon indicates Unverified
Roles authorized :
- Support operations Tier 1and Support operations Tier 2 – Can perform searches and assist with profile updates.
- Application ownerand Group owner – Can search users within their application or group scope.
