DBIC during registration

Document‑Based Identity Confirmation (DBIC) process may be used during registration scenario across the UHG portals. This depends on the defined policies.

On the portal, tap Create an Account.
Complete these boxes:
1. First name: Enter the user’s first name.
2. Last name: Enter the user’s last name.
3. Email: Enter the user’s primary email address.
4. This email will be used as a username to log into the portal

5. Date of birth: Enter the user’s date of birth in MM-DD-YYYY format.
Tap Continue
Note: A registration email with a 6-digit code is sent to the email address for verification
In the Enter the 6-digit code box, enter the code, and then tap Continue.
In the Phone number box, enter your phone number along with your country code, select the appropriate country code from the dropdown list. For example, +1 XXX-XXX-XXXX.
Note: A text message with the 6-digit code is sent to the user’s phone
In the Enter the 6-digit code box, enter the code, and then tap Continue.
On the Create a Password page, enter a password in the Password box and the same password in the Confirm password box, and then click Continue.
On the Identity verification required page, tap Text me the verification link or Email me the verification link to select the method of receiving the verification link.
Note: Depending on the selected method, the user is prompted a confirmation screen, and an identity verification link is sent
On the Motion and Rotation Access screen, tap Proceed.
On the Privacy Consent screen, tap Continue.
On Capture your Photo ID screen, tap Capture my ID.
Take a snapshot of the front side of the photo ID.
On Back of card screen, tap Capture my ID.
Take a snapshot of the back side of the photo ID.
On the Face Verification screen, tap Continue.
Take a selfie snapshot of the face. The system processes the captured images and displays a verification completion message, and the Account created screen appears.
