Bulk-user invite

Using the Aikyam Identity Console (AIC), administrators can onboard large numbers of users quickly and securely through the Bulk Import feature. This option allows uploading a CSV file that contains user details, roles, and group assignments.

When a new application launches and hundreds or thousands of users need access, the administrator simply imports the file, and the system automatically sends each user an invitation email with a registration link. After completing registration and contact verification, users are assigned to the specified roles and groups, giving them immediate access to application features. This process streamlines onboarding at scale while maintaining security, compliance, and governance standards.
