Users can now recover their accounts using a new phone and their existing email address. The process no longer requires an identification number for matched accounts, and messaging for ‘admin disabled’ accounts is now more intuitive.
Why?
To Improve the user experience by updating error message content.

The platform specific sender ID “Aikyam” has been replaced with customized names such as “HlthSafeID” and “1HlthCareID”. This change is only applicable to the United Kingdom and Malawi.
Why?
UK and Southeastern Africa (Malawi) regulations mandate the use of a recognizable sender ID name.
