Onboarding a new provider portal

This section guides you to onboard a new provider portal to One Healthcare ID (OHID).
OHID provides secure authentication for B2B personas such as providers, brokers, and employers. Customers initiate the registration process by submitting an Intake Request (IR) form. The IR form is a critical step in the portal implementation process. It is used to gather all necessary configuration details before setting up the portal in the OHID Aikyam Identity Platform across non-production (non-prod) and production (prod) environments.
Steps
To initiate a new portal implementation:
- Please submit an AHA Intake Form to collect high level business information and requirements.
- Also, please submit a SharePoint Intake Form. Click the title in lower right that says request a New Product Implementation.
- Both forms will be reviewed by our team, and a product team member will initiate a kick-off meeting with your group.
- An Onboarding Form will be initiated during the kick-off meeting. This onboarding form will be sent from our SharePoint site. Please complete this form and submit.
- After receiving the Onboarding Form, we will implement your application with One Healthcare ID in non-prod and send you details that you will you need to develop your side of the implementation.
- Client ID/Secret
- Endpoints
- Office Hours for questions and support
- Once your application has been developed and tested in your lower environments, contact your implementation engineer you have been working with and we will start the production readiness process.
- We will send production readiness form to be completed by you.
- Once submitted we will send production details:
- Production client Secret (you will use the same client id)
- Production endpoints
- We will review the production readiness with our support teams and contact you if we have any questions.
