Scenario
An administrator needs to configure Branding and Customization for an application in the Aikyam Identity Console (AIC) to deliver a consistent and branded user experience. This involves customizing the sign-in page’s appearance, including UI templates, themes, and logos, to align with organizational branding guidelines. Proper branding enhances user trust, improves engagement, and ensures compliance with enterprise design standards across healthcare portals.Prerequisites
- Administrator has access to the Applications page with role-based permissions.
- The application is already registered in AIC.
- Branding assets (logo, CSS theme) are finalized and approved.
Roles authorized
- Application administrator
Steps
- Sign in to Aikyam Identity Console.
- Navigate to Applications from the left navigation pane.
- Search for and select the application.
- Go to the Branding & Customization tile.
- Click View & Update.
- Configure:
- UI Experience Template
- Theme (Default or Custom CSS)
- Application Logo
- Click Save.
Note:
- Supported logo formats: .png, .jpeg, .gif, .svg (max size: 1 MB).
- For OHID apps: Use Custom Theme option to upload CSS.
- For HSID apps: Select UNIFIED template and HSID theme.
