Scenario
An administrator needs to review user and system activities in Aikyam Identity Console (AIC) to understand recent actions, support basic troubleshooting, and verify audit records. The Activities tab provides a centralized view of events such as authentication actions, profile updates, access changes, and administrative actions. This use case focuses on reviewing audit events and navigating activity data without performing detailed investigation or analysis.
Prerequisites
  • Administrative user has access to the Activities tab based on role permissions
  • Relevant filtering criteria (for example, date range or event type) are identified
Steps
  1. Sign in to Aikyam Identity Console.
  2. Navigate to Users from the left navigation pane.
  3. Search for the user using Basic search or Advanced search.
  4. Open the user profile and go to Activities tab to view the User activity events recorded for the user.
  5. Review event rows to understand recorded user and system actions.
  6. Select any event to open the detail pane and view extended metadata.
  7. (Optional) To customize how activity data is displayed, see Personalize audit view .
  8. (Optional) To refine audit results based on specific criteria, seeApply filtering options .
Note:
  • Audit logs reflect system-recorded activity and do not capture external factors such as network or browser behavior.
  • Event details may vary based on the type of activity and system configuration.
  • Use related tasks such as Personalize audit view and Apply filtering options to focus on relevant audit data during review
