Scenario
An administrator needs to export audit logs from the Activities tab to share evidence for compliance reviews, governance reporting, or incident investigations. Exporting allows admins to download the current view of audit data based on selected columns and applied filters, ensuring only relevant information is included.Prerequisites
- Administrators has access to the Activities tab and export permissions (typically Tier 2).
- Required filters and columns are selected to match the reporting scope.
Steps
- Sign in to Aikyam Identity Console.
- Open the Activities tab.
- Apply filters to narrow the results to the required scope.
- (Optional) Select the columns required for reporting.
- Select Export to download the logs.
Note:
- Export is available in CSV format only.
- Export includes records based on the selected export option and applied filters.
