Search user profile

A support agent needs to locate a user’s profile to verify details or assist with account-related issues. The agent uses the Search feature in the Aikyam Identity Console, starting with Basic search using a single identifier such as email or username. If the basic search does not return results, the agent switches to Advanced search, applying multiple identifiers like first name, last name, and date of birth for accurate identification. This process ensures quick and accurate user identification for further actions.
