Track user activity

The Activities tab records user actions in a structured table. It includes events such as:
- Login attempts and authentication flows
- OTP triggers and authenticator setup
- Profile updates and application-level action
- Administrative actions such as role assignments or deactivations
Click any row to view detailed activity information. The detail pane includes extended metadata not shown in the table view. This detailed view helps in deep-dive investigations by showing backend-level data for each event.
