Account recovery

When the user enters an identification number, the system checks for a match using the provided first name, last name, and date of birth. If the system finds that this combination is linked to another email address, it identifies the existing account.

Once the user verifies their phone number, the system displays a sign-in form with the linked email address pre-filled. If the user doesn’t remember their password, they can select "Forgot Password", re-enter the same email, change the password, and continue to sign-in.
