Application owners are business advocates for their assigned applications. They manage application configuration and access settings to ensure secure and compliant usage. They are also entitled to manage user access to the application by granting or revoking app-specific roles, permissions, and groups. They can perform the following actions:
Application management
- Update application details and configuration.
- Deactivate or delete applications when required.
- Update application security settings and credentials.
- Configure OAuth2.0 for secure integrations.
- Hide System runtime configuration for compliance.
Access configuration
- Manage application-level roles and permissions.
- Create and manage application-specific groups.
- Update group memberships and roles within the application.
- View organization and group-level roles for context.
User lifecycle management
- Access user profiles for application-level tasks.
- Onboard users through invitations and bulk imports.
- Export user data for reporting or compliance.
Access control
- Assign and revoke user roles within the application scope.
- Add or remove users from groups within the application.
Audit & reporting
- Review user activity logs for application-level troubleshooting.
- Access application and user access reports.
