Group owners manage the groups defined within an application. They manage user membership in their groups and grant or revoke user access to the application. They can perform the following actions:
Group lifecycle management
- View organization, group, and application details for context.
- Access application settings for visibility, including Configure OAuth2.0, SSO, Branding and customization and Policy.
- Update group-level security roles for group owners.
User lifecycle management
- Access user profiles for group-level tasks.
- Onboard users through invitations and bulk imports.
- Export user data for reporting or compliance.
- Remove users from groups when access is no longer required.
Access control
- Add or remove users from groups they own.
- Assign and revoke user roles within the group scope.
- Update user membership within application groups.
Audit & reporting
- View reports for group-level insights and user access.
