Apply filtering options

The Activities tab supports column‑level filtering and search, allowing users to refine audit log results directly from individual columns instead of using a centralized filter panel. This enhancement allows filtering and search to be performed directly from individual columns while ensuring that results align closely with the visible data grid. Filtering behavior remains unchanged; only the filter access is personalized at the column level.
