Deprovisioning is a critical step in the identity lifecycle that ensures secure removal or suspension of user access when it is no longer required. This process helps maintain compliance, prevent unauthorized access, and protect sensitive data. The Aikyam Identity Console (AIC) provides administrators and authorized roles with controlled options for managing user accounts during deprovisioning. Actions include:
  1. Deactivate users- Temporarily suspend user access without deleting the profile.
  2. Unlock user profiles - Restore access after resolution of issues.
  3. Delete users - Permanently remove user profiles and associated access.
  4. Activate users – Reinstate access for previously deactivated accounts.
  5. Bulk action - Manage multiple users at once by activating and deactivating accounts in a single operation.
