In this section, we cover the user management workflow in Aikyam Identity Console (AIC), including onboarding, account maintenance, and deactivation of users across tenants. AIC enables business owners and support agents to manage identities, account settings, and access controls without requiring deep technical expertise.
Authorized personas can perform actions such as inviting users, updating profiles, and assigning roles through the Users page , based on role-based permissions.
The table below outlines common user states, their corresponding tasks, and a brief description of each action :

| User not registered | Invite user | Onboard new users individually using invite option |
| Bulk imports | Import users | Onboard users in bulk via CSV file upload |
| User cannot log in | Reset user password | Initiate password reset for users with verified contact details |
| Account locked | Unlock user profiles | Restore access after multiple failed login attempts |
| User inactive | Activate users | Restore user access when previously deactivated |
| User leaving org | Delete users | Permanently remove user when access is no longer needed |
| Role change required | Assign or revoke roles | Assign or revoke roles for users to control access |
| Access review needed | Audit activity | Monitor user actions for compliance and troubleshooting |
Note:
Role-based permissions determine which personas can perform each action.
