The Export dropdown menu provides two options:
Current results
- Exports up to 1,000 records.
- Includes only the records currently visible in the Activities grid.
- Includes records based on the filters applied in the Activities view.
- Includes all available audit log columns, regardless of how many columns are currently displayed in the Activities UI.
- Includes recent events, including events that occurred within the last 10 minutes.
This option is recommended when users need to export recent or near real‑time activity.
All records
- Exports up to 5,000 records (maximum).
- Includes all records by automatically removing any filters applied in the Activities UI when the All records export is initiated.
- Includes all available audit log columns, regardless of how many columns are currently displayed in the Activities UI.
- This export option is not intended for real‑time debugging.
- Events that occurred within the last 10 minutes may not be included.
- Some events may not be displayed in Activities UI due to backend filtering. When All records export is initiated, these events may be included in the exported file. As a result, the number of records in the export file can be greater than the number of records shown in the Activities UI.
This option is recommended for audit and compliance reporting.
Note: To ensure complete data, wait for data synchronization before exporting All records. After synchronization, select the refresh icon in the UI and then export again.
