Export processing and status

When a user selects All records:

A confirmation message is displayed with a link that redirects to the Reports page
.
The export request is processed asynchronously.
Users do not need to refresh the browser page. The UI refresh icon can be used to update the status.
In the Reports page, users can view export status, including:
- In progress
- Completed

Once the status is Completed, the exported CSV file is available for download.
