The Activities tab in the Aikyam Identity Console (AIC) tracking and auditing of user actions. It captures key events initiated by or on behalf of users, supporting compliance, security monitoring, and operational troubleshooting.
Administrators can perform the following actions:
- Track user activity – View detailed logs of user actions across applications and groups.
- Personalize audit view – Customize columns and layout for easier analysis.
- Apply filtering options – Narrow results by date range, event type, or application ID.
- Export logs – Download audit data in CSV format for reporting and compliance reviews.
Roles authorized:
- Support operations Tier 1 - Can view and filter audit logs for troubleshooting.
- Support operations Tier 2 - Can track user activity, apply filters, and export logs for compliance.
- Application owner - Can view audit logs related to integrated applications and manage application‑specific configurations.
- Group owner - Can view audit logs related to group‑level activities and access control.
- User enablement operations engineering - Can access audit logs to support system monitoring, compliance verification, and operational analysis.
